Dr. Frank Kikasi
CEO / Technical Manager
Dr. Frank is a highly accomplished Medical Doctor and Public Health Management Specialist with extensive experience driving impactful health interventions across both local and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs). He is a Chief Executive officer leads Megolabs’ overall strategy and technical direction, bringing years of experience in health research systems and data-driven program management to every project the team takes on. He has built a robust career dedicated to improving health outcomes through data-driven program management and leadership. His professional trajectory features key roles within prominent global health organizations, including serving as a Program Officer for ICAP Global Health. In this capacity, he successfully spearheaded complex public health initiatives, optimized resource allocation, and utilized rigorous M&E frameworks to ensure project accountability and sustainable impact. His unique skill set combines clinical insights with rigorous project lifecycles, stakeholders management, and health informatics.
Dr. Nancy King'ori
General Secretary
Dr. Nancy King'ori is a medical doctor and the general secretary of Megolabs, bringing a rare blend of clinical training and research discipline to the organization's leadership. She earned her medical degree in China, where she built a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine before turning her focus to research, including hands-on work in cancer research, one of the most demanding and high-stakes fields in health science. That experience shapes how she leads today: with a clinician's instinct for the questions that matter and a researcher's rigor for answering them accurately. At Megolabs, Dr. Nancy bridges medicine and data, ensuring every health research project the team undertakes is grounded in both scientific integrity and real-world clinical insight.
Sir Godrule Praygod
Director and Data Scientist
Godrule Praygod is a Clinical Epidemiologist and Data Scientist with an MSc in Epidemiology and a background in Statistics. At Megolabs, he leads research operations, epidemiological analysis, biostatistics, and machine learning, transforming complex health data into robust evidence and actionable insights. He specializes in digital data collection and research information systems, with advanced expertise in REDCap, KoboToolbox, ODK, and DHIS2 as well as QGIS for spatial analysis, mapping, and outbreak surveillance including cholera and other infectious diseases.

Data Processing and IT Manager
Melkiory manages Megolabs’ data processing pipelines and IT infrastructure, ensuring data is collected, stored, and processed securely and efficiently across every project.
